Holly Jimenez is a multi-passionate wellness professional dedicated to helping women feel strong, grounded, and empowered — inside and out. As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Holly specializes in guiding women to lose weight, build strength, and reclaim their confidence through balanced nutritionand 1:1 personalized coaching.
In addition to her fitness and nutrition expertise, Holly is a soulful yoga instructor, offering a deeply nourishing blend of vinyasa flow and mindful yin yoga. Her classes are a space to reconnect with your breath, honor your body, and slow down in a world that rarely does.
